You can’t change the past. All you can do is try harder next time.
This was a pretty good story. I didn’t love it but I didn’t hate it either. It’s worth a read I think. The story is told in multiple points of view and reads very much like a young adult novel, which isn’t a bad thing. In fact, I think it’s necessary when your characters are young, in this case high school. The author knows her audience for sure. I also felt like this story really made me feel like I was within the story. I kind of felt like I was walking the halls of my own high school. haha! Overall I really enjoyed the storyline and I didn’t find this book to be as predicable as One of Us is Lying. While I physically read this one, I feel like this would have been even better on audio because it has multiple narrators.
