What is this book about?
Ayoola has called her sister, Korede whenever she kills her boyfriend in self defense. So far its just been three times. Being the older sister, Korede has always looked after and helped her sister when she needed it. Cleaning up her sisters dead boyfriends is no exception. But when Ayoola becomes interested in Korede’s boss, a doctor (and crush) at the hospital she works at, Korede must do everything in her power to stop her sister from adding this guy to her list.
What did I think?
I thought this was a quick little read but it wasn’t super exciting. The plot is a little dry. I guess I would have liked to see more serial killer action. It was a fast read (the chapters are super short) and I was curious to see if Korede would be successful in keeping her boss alive. The book kept my interest. The character development was pretty good too, I really got a sense of Ayoola and Korede’s personalities. Overall I don’t regret reading it.
