Title: Local Woman Missing
Author: Mary Kubica
Synopsis in Two Sentences:
Two missing woman and one missing child. Eleven years later the child reappears being held captive in a dark basement this whole time and a case reopened to figure out what happened.
Gripping from start to finish! A fast paced, engaging read with dual timelines and multiple perspectives. These are just a few of my favorite things and Mary Kubica is flawless as she pivots characters and timelines. The story kept me guessing the whole time and there were some twists I didn't see coming. If you are looking for an edge of your seat story with a whodunit feel then this story is for you. Highly recommend it.
