What is this book about?
Chloe has a list and a plan of things she wants to accomplish in her life. Red is a handyman, by day, who fixes things at her apartment and an artist by night. At first the two despise each other but then Chloe asks Red to help her be more rebellious and knock a few things of her list in exchange for her helping him start a website for his artwork. As they begin to get to know each other a new relationship starts to form and they can’t seem to get enough of one another.

What did I think?
I appreciate that this book has a character with a disability, fibromylgia. We don’t see that often in books. I also appreciated an interracial romance. Another thing we don’t see in books very often. That being said, I didn’t really care for this book. I feel like the characters were underdeveloped which made it difficult for me to connect with them. I appreciated Red’s tenderness towards Chloe and how he both understood her disability and helped her manage it. The romance was cute and the story had a few funny parts but overall the plot was lacking for me a little. I keep going between 2 and 3 stars and I am trying to avoid half stars. So I guess I’ll round up.
