"She's accused of four murders. She's only guilty of three of them"

A detective thinks Ruby murdered her husband. The story is told from Ruby's perspective but goes back and forth in timelines giving you an idea as to why he believes that is the case. In theory, you aren't supposed to like Ruby's character but you can't help but root for her anyway. I loved being inside Ruby's mind during this story. I want to say more about why I loved that but can't. You'll just have to trust me.

Sascha's debut novel Blood Sugar kept me on my toes.  I found the plot to be unique, dark, suspenseful, and unputdownable. I read this book in a day. Thank goodness for a rainy cold day where I had nothing else to do. I went in blind with this book and I am so glad I did.  Also, look at this stunning book cover!

Overall this debut novel was fantastic and I can't wait for future novels.  They'll be on my TBR immediately.   Add this to your TBR. I promise you won't regret it.
